PATISY (‘we’ or ‘us’) is the operator of (PATISY.COM). By placing an order through this website you are agreeing to the following terms. These terms are provided to ensure that both parties understand and agree to this arrangement for mutual protection and to set expectations for our services.

General Terms
We endeavour to maintain accurate stock quantities of all sports shoes on our website. However, in the rare event of a stock discrepancy, we will offer you the product available and contact you if you would like to wait for a re-stock of your chosen product, a different size (subject to availability), a different product of the same or higher value or a discount voucher for the amount billed.

Shipping, Order and Delivery Information
All orders from PATISY are dispatched from our warehouse in Hong Kong.
You will receive a confirmation email immediately after placing an order with PATISY. Orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Hong Kong and domestic orders will be delivered within 15 days of placing the order. We will endeavour to ensure that international orders are delivered within the same timeframe, but this is not guaranteed.
Once an order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing a tracking number which you can use to track your order on the website of the relevant courier company.
The customer must provide a full and valid address and contact details.PATISY cannot and will not be held responsible for goods lost due to incorrect address details.
Deliveries are made by our delivery partners on weekdays, Monday to Friday. Our warehouses operate during standard business hours Monday to Friday, except for national holidays, when they will be closed.The Covid-19 pandemic is an unprecedented situation and nationwide restrictions may cause delays. In such circumstances, we will take steps to ensure that despatch delays are kept to a minimum.
All deliveries will be attempted 2 times if the customer is unable to receive the parcel the first time. If the customer does not receive the order on the 2nd attempt, the order will be returned to PATISY and an additional charge will be made for further delivery attempts. In such cases, please email [email protected].
The courier company delivering your parcel will be responsible for any delays and/or extensions to the delivery time, PATISY will attempt to fast track the delivery in the event of a delay but will not and cannot be held responsible for such instances after we have dispatched the parcel.
If a parcel is received damaged in transit, please email [email protected]. or contact our online customer service to resolve the issue. PATISY's support team will work with you to resolve the issue.

International Customs Duties
Any additional duties or taxes charged by the government and courier companies are considered to be the responsibility of the buyer, as customs and tariffs levied in each country vary and are unpredictable.
