Return Policy
We do not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations in the following cases:
Change of mind.
Products that have been tried on or used.
Products with incomplete packaging.
1. Exchange Policy
Trainers do not accept size exchange requests.
Please determine your size before ordering.
To determine your size, please visit your nearest retailer of the brand you are interested in.
At PATISY, we only carry DS (Deadstock) trainers, which means that the trainers you purchase from us are brand new and have not been tried on or worn by anyone.
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept size exchanges.
If you are not sure what size you want, please refer to the sizing page.
If you are still unsure of your size, please email [email protected] or online customer service and our team will help you or visit your nearest Brand Experience shop.
Size Exchange:
We are not responsible for size exchanges if the product delivered is the same size as you originally ordered.
In rare cases, we may consider a size exchange, but this will incur additional costs due to the need for recertification and repackaging.
The customer will be responsible for the additional cost up to 20% of the billed value of the product.
If an exchange request is approved but the required size is not available, the exchange amount will be used as a discount coupon only.
If an exchange request is approved but the required size is not available, the exchange amount will be offered as a shop discount only.
Product Conditions for Exchanges/Returns:
Any exchange, return or order cancellation request must be in the original condition of the product, including the original packaging, plastic seal and certification label.
Requests for exchanges will be accepted if the size of the product delivered does not match the order.
CDC reserves the right to refuse an exchange request if any of the original packaging, certification labels or protective plastic wrapping on the shoes has been removed or is missing.

2. Return Policy
Product Damage:
If you receive a damaged product, you may return it for a shop discount coupon or refund.
Incorrect Size:
If you receive a product that is not the correct size for your order, you may return it for a shop discount coupon or refund.
Limited Return Acceptance:
We only accept returns for damaged products or incorrect orders. Returns for any other reason are not accepted.
Shipping Charges:
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
3. We will consider cancellation of an order only under the following circumstances:
Cancellation before shipment: The customer may cancel the order before shipment.
Cancellation after shipment: If the customer wishes to cancel the order after shipment, 10% of the order amount will be deducted and the remaining amount will be refunded as a shop discount coupon. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
All cancellation requests are subject to a fee.
Handling Damaged Products and Incorrectly-Fulfilled Orders:
- If you receive a damaged item or an incorrect product, please email [email protected] with images and videos within 3 days for prompt assistance.
- Legitimate complaints will be met with an appropriate solution.
Sales/Promotions:
- Final sales are non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable.
Product Return for late delivery of items:
- Late delivery of items from the stated delivery schedule unless such delay is for a reason of force majeure as a reason for product return as well.
Shipping Cost Refunds:
- Return shipping costs for each shipment including cost of shipping to PATISY and re-shipping to the customer is borne by PATISY.
