Using usps standard usually takes 12-15 days to deliver. Using fast courier (Fedex or DHL) usually takes 5-8 days to deliver.

All orders are subject to cancellation within 12 hours of placing the order.

8.Are your products brand new and authentic?

PATISY products are unauthorized authentic products, we do a three-step verification of each order product to ensure that the shoes you receive are free of defects. The most important thing is that they are no different from authentic products, just not officially authorized.

9.Do you offer cash on delivery or other payment methods?

Our website only accepts paypal payment for your safety, if you want to use other payment methods, such as cash app, zelle, stripe, etc, please contact our online customer service. (Working hours daily 6pm-12pm)
